An order placed with State 48 Firearms may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment by the customer.
All cancellation requests must be made through the Customer Service Department at 602-313-0600, Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm MST. You MUST provide the order number when contacting Customer Service via phone or email.
If the item/package has shipped, the order may not be cancelled and the customer must follow all rules applicable to returns. Please note that the return of the item/package will be made at the customer’s expense.
Cancelled orders may not be reversed. All cancellations are final.
In some cases, State 48 Firearms may have to cancel an order in part or whole. State 48 Firearms will provide a refund or gift card for the amount of the order or part of the order that was cancelled.
